Boston architectural firm Peter Rose + Partners has erected a small villa for a young family of five on the island Chappakviddik in Massachusetts. The project was implemented within the framework of a long-term program, which aims to erase the boundary between the structure and landscape, interior and exterior.
The villa consists of four units: the main living space area of 585 m², garage area of 58, 5 m² shed for things 25 m² and a barn for boats 12 m². The western side of the villa overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, east - on a shallow bay.
