Typical museum at the factory, but fans of the Crimean wines should be interesting.

Finally led to the basement. During the occupation by the Nazis walled entrance to the basement, so kept the wine collection.
Here it is.
And there are a lot of corridors!
In every niche label, with a year of bottling, the name, capacity, inspection date, number, etc.
Here the most famous wine "White Muscat of the Red Stone" 1986.
Ayu-Dag Aleatico 1974.
Jerez 1955.
Portveshok 1978.
And here it is preparing.

There is a network vinoprovodov for pumping vinoproduktov.

This is a new workshop cryotreatment wine, there it somehow handle the cold and it is better kept. But it is for those wines that are for sale.
