Raul Lemesoff, an artist from Argentina, has created a project called "Weapons of mass instruction."
Lemesoff took an old Ford Falcon and turned it into a huge portable shelf of books in the form of a tank (yes, it sounds weird).
Now the artist goes to the tank through the streets of Buenos Aires and offers people a variety of books for free.
