Associated Press photographer Mohammed Muheysen for a month to shoot portraits of trained monkeys - "street artists" in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Primates are an important source of income for many poor Pakistanis, forming a strong bond with their owners. Their catch is usually quite small, gradually teaching tricks. Trained monkey can bring its owner from 20 000 to 30 000 rupees ($ 190-285) per month.
