Nick Wallenda over Niagara Falls

The famous tightrope walker Nik Wallenda (Nik Wallenda), who is known as the King of the height (Animals in king of the high wire), crossed the Niagara Falls, so he became the first person to do it for the last century.



Wallenda also noted that he was the first who went on a rope just above the waterfall, as previously all crossed it much lower. "It is obvious that this is a unique event: I went and over a longer rope and a tightrope at a higher altitude, I walked a tightrope in the rain, however, none of these attractions can not be compared with what happened" he announced to journalists.



Tightrope walker moved along the rope length of 550 meters and a thickness of five centimeters, spanned by a special crane at a height of about 60 meters from the bottom of the gorge.



Nik Wallenda representative of the seventh generation of a family of famous circus performers known as - Flying Wallendas (Flying Wallenda). During his career, 32-year-old tightrope walker has broken several world records and holds the Guinness world record for the longest and vysokotnomu travel by bicycle on a tightrope.
