Lava Cave in California
A necessary condition for the emergence of lava caves is the presence of the volcano with volcanic cone at an angle of 5 °. Long lava tubes occur on relatively gentle terrain, in continuous outflow of lava from the crater.
Some caves reach a width of 15 meters and a length of 50 km.
