When Audrey triplets, Alan and Eric Lucas O'Donnell was born in 1933, their chances of survival were very small, but they survived and this year celebrates its 80th birthday.
While modern technology without doctors predicted mother serious illness, when Doris was pregnant with twins. Audrey was born weighing 2 kg 2, Alan was born 20 minutes later weighing 1 to 3 kg, and what a surprise it was when Eric was born 20 minutes later weighing just 900 grams. They are wrapped in cotton wool and aluminum foil so they do not freeze from the cold.
Despite all the differences and difficulties in life, they note the 80th anniversary surrounded by 35 grandchildren. They live in Oxfordshire, UK.
