Open Skies

From tomorrow, 1 April, Russian aviators life considerably easier. For small aircraft will be given a special air space, where you can safely fly without the tedious procedure of approval of flight. Perhaps now the market of private aviation in our country will begin to live a full life, and yet few owners of planes and helicopters will be relieved. According to the proposal of the Federal Air Transport Agency, the sky over Russia will be divided into three classes. In the first two areas set aside for large trunk liners, the rules remain the same. "And especially with the third class of airspace in which it will be possible to operate with no authorization and notification procedure, - says the head of the federal agency Alexander Neradko. - That is, the pilot of the aircraft - it's mostly small helicopters and planes of small aircraft - may file a notification. " Innovation is a touch of aviators from the central region of Russia. Since April 1, the sky will be opened on a trial basis in CFD, and if the results are found to be successful, until the end of the year will introduce similar rules throughout the country.
