• Improve Memory •
Many, no doubt, know how important is proper nutrition. Do not be lazy to watch your diet and especially pay attention to the copious drinking. Oh, and by the word diet means exactly regular and healthy food, not sophisticated starvation.
To have a good memory, you should be getting three meals a day, consisting of a number of proteins, lots of vegetables (preferably organic) and complex carbohydrates, such as whole-grain rice or beans. Additionally, you can help your memory, adding to your diet special vitamin supplements.
Complex vitamins B
These vitamins are extremely important for the health of your body and brain. Their drawback can lead to memory loss, and partly because your brain cells will be unable to get rid of the toxins which they produce as a by-product. But that's not all ... insufficient levels of vitamin B may also make you depressed and lead to the scattered attention.
Vitamin C
This is the best friend of your brain. Vitamin C is responsible for the creation of neurotransmitters that send signals to the various parts of the brain. Without them, your brain will not be fully operational, so give it an extra push, using vitamin C.
Vitamin E
It plays a key role in the protection of our radicals, which are sometimes referred to as "free radicals." These radicals are a special type of toxins that damage the membranes of our cells. Obviously, brain cells need protection, and this vitamin is an excellent way to do it.
