Brazilian scientists have discovered a new species of dolphins that inhabit the basin of Araguaia. Kind of got the name Inia araguaiaensis.

Previously it was thought that this species of freshwater dolphins is divided into two groups: Inia boliviensis and Inia geoffrensis.
