The house was designed by architect Philip K. Smith, the project was named Lucid Stead («Transparent place»)





The house is located within the National Park, Joshua Tree, California.
To create the author needed mirror panels and LEDs.
Day creates the effect as if the walls and roof boards hanging in the air, well, the night comes the turn of LED-backlighting, creating phantasmagoric light compositions.
