To say that Joc House - a wonderful example of a luxury - it means practically nothing to say. Despite the fact that the outside of the house seems to be quite large - it will appear in a huge mansion. Yes, actually, the way it is. The grand entrance hall, vast living room, an indoor swimming pool, a bar, the size of a large kitchen - only minor touches the whole variety of internal and external plan. And this is not surprising, because the House Resort (in other words just do not call it that) has an area of 892 square meters. The total area of the plot on which the Joc House, is 26, 5 ha! And all this splendor was created for an elderly couple.
