Fireworks Festival in Mexico

Each year, nine consecutive days in the Mexican town of Tultepek passes pyrotechnic national festival, which attracts not only producers and onlookers. An essential part of the contingent of up pyromaniac.

In addition to all the usual festival attractions, catering and other entertainment milestone Event are all sorts of pyrotechnic shows. New York photographer Thomas Pryor (Thomas Prior) visited the festival and made some impressive shots. One of the most interesting attractions is the competition «Castillos». Within 15 days, the participants construct entire castles made of wood and paper. At the same time, the lion's share of designs make up just pyrotechnics. Installed on the platform structures go through the streets, random explosions and sparking lights.
