Championship carrying wives in the UK

Almost 40 wives sat on the neck of men that would go the extreme route in 380 meters to win the 10th annual race to carry wives in the UK. The competition was held in Dorking, Surrey. The route included many obstacles: steep climbs, bales of hay, and the audience armed with buckets of cold water and abundantly watered her participants. The winners are Jack and Kirsty Mckendrick Jones, they received medals and a keg of beer. The last couple got a consolation prize — the pot of noodles and a can of dog food.
