A healthy way of life among St. Petersburg residents are not popular

More than half of residents in 2013 reported that they engaged in physical activity of about 55.9 per cent, follow the diet — 61% do not have or almost have no bad habits — 69,5%. Also, more than half of the respondents spoke about the adherence to work and rest, and still complete or predominant absence of stress.
