In Europe, plans are in the near future to oblige manufacturers to recycle at least 70 percent of the waste its products, and in the long term under the ban of the use in the manufacture can get any raw materials that cannot be recycled.



Such information was announced by representatives of the European Commission at yesterday's conference in Brussels TEPPFA (the Association of manufacturers of plastic pipes and fittings). As the coercing and encouraging measures for companies that are actively increasing the percentage of materials used in production after processing, the EU leadership intends to use various tax incentives, financial subsidies, and, if necessary, and various penalties.

Representatives of the European Commission stressed that in the modern world for the organisation of environmentally friendly production, separate waste collection is not enough. At the stage of planning the start of production of any product, maximum attention should be paid to the selection of the raw materials that can be used again.

And then selecting the required warehouse space, collected sorted waste will not be a burden on the neck but a valuable resource base, which will significantly reduce the cost of the entire production process. And considering that inexpensive book shelves can be on INGO similar to the process of transition to the maximum use of waste, seen as an extremely profitable undertaking.

If you work on common current schemes, when from separately collected waste only a part will be reprocessed, and the remaining volume is transported to the landfill, to achieve the necessary level of environmental safety fail – the area under landfills will still increase.



In the case of careful selection of raw materials, companies can simply forget the way to the dump, how to dispose of them would actually be nothing.

Note that this conference was preceded by the "Green week", which is Europe's largest conference on environmental safety, and which this year from 3 to 5 June in Brussels.
