Created a glass from which you can drink in zero gravity

When man first overcame Earth’s gravity, everyone began to realize how many side effects weightlessness entails. While in space, you have to eat from bags and sleep with a belt. Fortunately, while space agencies are thinking about mining on the moon, there are people who are thinking about such important things for astronauts away from home as strong drinks.
Five members of a design team calling themselves the Cosmic Lifestyle have designed a space glass. It will allow astronauts to enjoy their favorite cocktails even in zero gravity. The device of the glass is based on the capillary effect, due to which the liquid rises up the glass along the grooves. All an astronaut needs to do is start to draw fluid into himself, leaning his lips against the edge of the glass.

At the moment, a group of designers has already printed the first prototype of a glass for weightlessness. The next step is to test it in real conditions.

In addition to the much-needed cosmonaut product, the Cosmic Lifestyle group has developed its own cocktail recipe called a drinkbot. According to the designers themselves, their goal is to make Earth inhabitants think about life in space. Well, if living in space means drinking free cocktails out of cool 3D-printed glasses, then we agree.
