Primary school in Denmark: bright design and green technology

Arkitema Architects has built a new building for a primary school in Haslev, Denmark. The project is distinguished by a playful red facade with many different sized windows, the presence of open-air learning spaces, as well as the application of “green” principles. The shape of the roof is ideal for installing solar panels and skylights. The combination of high-tech and classic natural materials forms a healthy and comfortable learning environment, and provides low maintenance costs for the building.
