Korean destroyer arrived in Vladivostok





This is the ninth visit Korean naval cadets in Vladivostok, the first time they visited our city in 1996. A last visit to the main base of the Pacific Fleet in September 2012.



Welcoming ceremony of the Republic of Korea Navy took place at 12.00 on the 33 th berth. They were met by representatives of the Pacific Fleet and countrymen who are in Vladivostok.



Korean Navy will stay in Vladivostok four days - until 21 December.



The visit - a meeting with the commander of the Pacific Fleet, head of the administration of Vladivostok.



Guests will get acquainted with the sights of Vladivostok, will lay wreaths at the Eternal Flame memorial complex "Battle Glory of the Pacific Fleet."



It is expected that the Korean Navy will visit "at a party" in Russian and arrange visits to the destroyer "Choi Young" in Vladivostok. Also, Korean and Russian sailors will take part in competitions on mini-football, volleyball, table tennis.
