Sculptures of electricity - a unique joint project Bert Hickman and Todd Johnson
Who and how to not only experiment with electricity. Then all went sculptors Bert Hickman (former electrical engineer) and Todd Johnson (physicist). They have created a limited series of installations, called "catch lightning." In the acrylic blocks are run particles capacity of 5 million. Volt. Acrylic gives a nice shine and enhances the experience.
Unfortunately, there was a total of 4 photos of their creations. But they should see.
"To create the sculptures we put the" sheaf time "at around 5 million volt particle accelerator. Once the accelerator brings a large number of electrons inside a transparent acrylic plastic specimen, a huge electrical charge (usually 1-2, 5 million. Volts) builds up inside »
