But here in Samara decided to build a new neighborhood "Cool Keys».

This is not a joke and not computer graphics. They actually built it. Barracks for 50 000 people. In the neighborhood there is nothing at all. No school and kindergarten, no court or public space well, no trees and benches. Only endless barracks.
