What used to be one of the many bridges of indescribable beauty, crossing the Han River, is now the main attraction of Seoul. The bridge was reconstructed into a massive fountain which shoots water is not up, but down. He set September 9, 2008, 380 pumps on both sides of the swing bridge from the river 190 tons of water per minute.
