Spanish designer Oscar Diaz (Oscar Diaz) designed a calendar Ink Calendar, which uses capillary action of ink spreading across paper to display the date.
Each month, the colored ink from a bottle that you see in the picture penetrate embossed sheet of paper, on which a number of months, turning them into saturated color.

Ink Calendar was presented at the exhibition Sueños de un Grifo - Diseño in Madrid.
