Why not introduce Russian identification codes.

Now the work of my colleague (not Russian, 26 years old) asked me why Russia does not have the ID numbers, as UTB so convenient. For reference, in most European countries every man is given identification number, and one for all life.
I explained that the girl probably in Russia will never be the ID numbers, because we remember from Russian Yeshe went hildren rooms for men and sent her a couple of pictures of the concentration camps of World War II.
and you know what is wrong: she does not know exactly about what the Nazis were doing during the Great Patriotic War (World 2 in Europe), it is still thought that the Germans were "liberated" of Europe.
Then she asked:
-And How do you distinguish between Russian, identify people?
I said, "that the name and surname, date of birth and a patronymic.
She was surprised.
Here UTB tovarishi realities of the modern European education.
horror!
UTB is my first post, sings not judge strictly, if something is wrong.
