Foreigners affects our food, they do not understand all these herring under a fur coat, Olivier, and especially - borscht.
The guys from the studio Clinic 212 decided to go to his plight with humor and create a photo book adaptation of our favorite herring with onions and aspic with horseradish to the more familiar to Europeans (and Japanese) kitchen.
