This correctional institution, called Baumettes, located in Marseille and is recognized as one of the worst prisons not only in France but throughout Europe! Firstly, according to official information, the prison currently overcrowded by 138%. Secondly, there is terrible unsanitary conditions in which prisoners live. Third, because of the high humidity in the jail Baumettes divorced so many rats, mice, and other annoying bugs.
