7 new wonders of the world (34 photos)

New Seven Wonders of the World were chosen in Lisbon during a huge show. The selection is made by voting online and by sending sms on mobile phone. Ninety million people from around the world took part in the vote. As a result, it was determined that the choice fell on the following architectural monuments: the Roman Colosseum, the Great Wall of China, Taj Mahal, carved into the rock city of Petra in Jordan, the statue of Christ in Rio de Janeiro, City Indians Machu Picchu in Peru and the Pyramid Mayan city of Chichen Itza in Mexico.
