Spanish airline Iberia offered to Business Class passengers a menu consisting of the Mediterranean cuisine. Following the gastronomic cuisine on board flights Lufthansa and Air France with the cooperation of "Michelin" chef Alain Ducasse, the Spanish airline attracted the best chefs cooking catering Spain. Among them, Paco Roncero from Madrid's La Terraza del Casino, Ramon Frakes, head of Ramón Freixa Madrid, Toño Perez, chef of the restaurant Atrio in Caceres and Dani Garcia's Calima in Marbella. Each of them - the owner of two Michelin stars and three guide Repsol Guide. Thus, Iberia aircraft will be the first "air restaurants" in the world, having as many as eight Michelin stars. While the new menu will be available only to passengers of business class international flights, but soon will be able to try innovative dishes and simple passengers. Particular attention was paid not only to the formulation of the food, but also design, supply, and even service. In particular, Iberia took care of the development of a new, special, forms for staff.
