Rock Guatape

This rock is called El Peñón de Guatapé is not only a place of pilgrimage for tourists, but also a bone of contention between the two neighboring towns - Guatape and El Peñol. They can not decide which is the same area.

The height of the cliff Guatape is only 220 meters. But above sea level, it rises to 2,135 meters.
