Architectural tandem Arina Aheeva and Dmitry Zhuykova called «Zaarchitects», proposed the creation of a unique development of entertainment and tourism zone in the Chernobyl exclusion zone.

According to the duo, really thought about the negative impact of these sites on human health - a stereotype. Therefore it developed a model of regional development with the creation of appropriate infrastructure in the form of entertainment venues and the center of scientific work. Due to the weak development of the transport system in the region, the project includes the creation of the monorail, which will consist of four stations: Reserve, Ilintsy, Chernobyl and Casino. Each station will have its functional value. Reserve - Research Center. Ilintsy - the place to send buses for thrill-seekers in the ghost town of Pripyat.
