A green oasis in the heart of Singapore
This project is designed and developed design firm FARM. The project is called the Wall House, and really located in the heart of one of the largest cities in Southeast Asia.
The house is completely filled with greenery, including even the roof. All landscaping ideas are the result of the inspiration of Chinese classical garden. The combination of modern architecture and historic cultural traditions, making Wall House, if not a masterpiece, it is a very original project. The original cut-outs in the ceiling and the floor enables the greenery present literally everywhere. Not the least role in this played also widespread installation of doors made of transparent glass. The house consists of two independent blocks, connected by a patio.
