How to celebrate the end of school in different countries

Prom you Americans call Prom from the word Promenade means walk. This event is very important for students. For the prom parents rent it luxury limousines and buying first in their lives tuxedos and evening gowns. Alcohol drinks at the ball is prohibited.









German students say goodbye to school in the Assembly hall (aula) where they receive their diplomas. Sometimes held a small skit. Gala ball does not happen.

In France, the prom is almost non-existent, due to the fact that in high school (lycee) students go from one class to another every year. But sometimes 100 days before the last final examination students are allowed instead of classes to hold a small party.
