A new type of battery for electric cars was invented in Japan

A new battery called the Ryden, or "dual-carbon" battery (dual carbon battery) capable of charging 20 times faster than existing lithium-ion batteries. They have other important advantages – they are not heated and do not require refrigeration.

Owing to these characteristics, the invention can make a real revolution in the market of electric and hybrid cars.

According to the developers, the new battery is manufactured without the use of Nickel, cobalt and manganese, but only out of carbon. This not only reduces the cost of production, but also significantly improves battery specifications. Besides, the defective batteries will be easier to dispose of.

Battery Power Japan Plus show up with the expectation of 3000+ cycles of full charge and discharge.
