Presented a battery strap for smart watches

Many owners of smart watches complain about their quick discharge. Realizing that batteries are not the strongest side of smartwatches currently on the market, ProLogium has found a way to significantly increase their battery life.
As part of the Computex 2014 exhibition, which was held this week in Taiwanese Taipei, ProLogium presented its new development – a smartwatch strap, which is built into a flexible lithium-ceramic battery. It is able to extend the operating time of the clock from one charge almost twice, adding to the standard battery capacity more and its 500 mAh.

Representatives of the company at the presentation said that their flexible batteries can be used not only for smart watches, but also for other wearable electronics. Of course, such a development should be of interest to many manufacturers, but when smart watches actually get such battery straps, it is still unknown.
