The locals call this natural wonder the river of five colors. And the name Caño Cristales means Crystal clear river, beautiful, isn't it? And all because in her bed five different colors: red, blue, black, yellow and green.
I have the feeling that some artist inadvertently poured all of his palette. But this is only at first glance. All this variety of colors – the waste product of algae.
