In the Gulf of Gdansk was discovered 200-year-old bottle, apparently with Seltzer water.
Polish archaeologists discovered an old bottle with the inscription "Selters" among the wrecks, at a depth of 12 meters, near the coast. Brown jug of water with a height of 30 cm is quite a rare find. This cookware is dated 1806-1830 years and sealed the flasks of the time, in most cases, contain wine or beer.
In addition to it, scientists have found remains of ceramics, a small bowl and part of the tableware. Dr. Tomas Bednarz, from the National Maritime Museum said that the bottle is likely to contain original Seltzer water, but did not rule out the possibility of finding in her wine.
