Eric Cheng, together with the operator by Ragnar Sigurdsson with quadrocopter DJI Phantom 2 and GoPro Hero 3 were able to withdraw Bardarbunga volcanic eruption in Iceland. To do this, they did the hard way to the very epicenter of the eruption, where the shooting occurred roller, according to the resource Engadget.

It is reported that near the volcano was so high temperature that the camera body have melted a bit, but, fortunately, the main components including memory card, was not injured. It is noted that at the moment the volcano continues its eruption and poses a serious danger to residents of the surrounding areas.
