Fractal geometry and genetic code of the Universe
Open Benoit Mandelbrot fractal geometry describes the orderly chaos of nature and demonstrates the principle of infinite self-similar structures investment into each other on the basis of simple mathematical relationships. A fractal (from the Latin. fractus, "broken, broken") is infinitely self-similar geometrical figure, every piece of which is repeated with decreasing scale.
Is the universe infinite or just really big? Do you have the center of the Universe? Does it have boundaries? They are not, just as there is no center and border of the fractal. Imagine that everything is a fractal. And we too are part of that fractal.Infinite self-similarity.
The expanding universe around us is not the only thing we can surround billions of other universes. Perhaps our world is only part of the Multiverse -the hypothetical set of all possible parallel universes. There is a hypothesis that universes of the Multiverse can be with different laws of physics and different number of spatial dimensions.
Most scientists accept that the universe has a fractal structure: the planetary system grouped into galaxies, galaxies into clusters, clusters supercluster and so on. Previously, scientists believed that the distribution of matter can be considered continuous, starting from object size of about 200 million light years. Data on more than 900 thousands of galaxies and quasars have shown that the continuity is absent and the scale of 300 million light-years.
The findings are contrary to the basics of the Big Bang theory, according to which in the first moments after the birth of the Universe matter was distributed evenly and continuously.
A number of scholars believe that during the time elapsed since the Big Bang, gravity fractal structure of universal scale, could not manage to form.
Today there is no single mathematical model or theory that could describe every aspect of the Universe. The theory of infinite nesting of matter — fractal theory is an alternative philosophical and cosmological theory that is not included in the standard academic science. Currently the theory of a fractal Universe does not exist. According to the researchers, based on the theory of relativity, the creation of such a theory is possible. If academic science recognizes that matter in the Universe is distributed in the form of fractal, will require a revision of almost all existing models of the Universe.
Fractals embody the principle of repetition copies, abundantly present in nature. These are geometric shapes that look the same at any degree of approximation. Fractal geometry is not "clean" geometric theory. It is a concept, a new perspective on well-known things, the restructuring of perception, forcing the researcher to new ways of seeing the world.
The fact that matter is infinitely divisible, argued Aristotle, Descartes, Leibniz. In every particle, however small it may be, "there are cities inhabited by humans, cultivated fields, and the sun, moon and other stars, as we have" said the Greek philosopher Anaxagoras in his work on homomeric in the V century BC. A basic tenet of the legendary "Emerald Tablet" of Hermes Trismegistus says:"what is at The bottom, similar to what is above." This principle is taken for granted by followers of hermetic philosophy, who argued the analogy between micro and macro worlds.
The sacred teachings of all the ancient civilizations pervades the idea of the existence of a harmonious Universe. The Egyptian goddess of truth and order, Maat represented the embodiment of the principle of the natural order of things. The Greeks learned from the Egyptians, connected with civilization, the word "cosmos" translated "embroidery", and expresses the harmony and beauty of "self-similarity". If we consider these objects in different scales, we always found the same elements. They can all be described in mathematical equations.
The principles of sacred geometry, which is based on fractals, "the Platonic solids", the Golden spiral, ciclope equally inherent to humans, and flower, and stars. Everything that exists in the real world is fractal: the circulatory system, the crowns and leaves of trees, clouds and a molecule of oxygen.
Research related to fractals, change the usual understanding of the world around us. Fractals are forced to reconsider our views on the geometric properties of objects. Fractals describe the real world, sometimes even better than the traditional physics or mathematics.
We can't describe the stone land landscape, the surface of the sea, the rock or border the island with the help of straight lines, circles and triangles. Here we come to the aid of fractals. With the help of the fractals, these structures can be modeled, to create, to be used in different computer programs.
When we look at a fractal form, we see the same structure regardless of the degree of magnification. This similarity can be seen in nature, considering different approximation, mountains, clouds, coastlines. Nature is an unbroken web.
Fractal geometry – the geometry of nature. Nature itself enjoys her achievements and examples of this can be found everywhere from the spirals of shells and flowers daisies to the symmetry of the hexagonal honeycomb. "Self-similarity" can be found exploring the shapes of molecules or galaxies. All objects in the Universe interpenetrate each other.
Fractal geometry determines the shape of molecules and crystals that make up our bodies and the Cosmos. In fact, it is the key to understanding the Universe.
