Ordinary Japanese garret: How to Live In Tokyo, Japanese
Having been in one of the apartments in the center of Tokyo, one blogger has decided to show the living conditions of many people in one of the largest cities in the world. In such a tiny apartment forced to live not only young people but also older people, as more afford housing can only wealthy citizens.
Further, the author's words:
Miniature size begin even with the front door to the apartment. Tonya has to bend down so as not to hit his head on the doorframe.
Near the entrance waiting for us shelf "kavaye" - pretty pretty things and characters with which our hostess Keiko trying to arrange to have his apartment, so we left it after a good review. (I'll tell you that this cheap trick worked!)
Near the entrance of the tiny "hallway", actually - genkan (about it I talked more in the post about Japanese slippers). Here we have to wear shoes and leave wet umbrellas. Together on this patch of barely razvernёshsya.
Next, narrow corridor with doors on both sides. These doors, we'll come back, but for now, Let's go behind the curtain in the "main" room flats.
Here, the only window into the street. Beside him is a double bed.
The space between the bed and zanovesochkoy can be considered a living. But Tonya temporarily uses it as an office. In fact, a low table designed, so sitting around up to three people. Instead of chairs on the floor for this purpose are pillows.
Most decorative items hanging on the walls, so as not to occupy precious space on the floor. The exception is the plant in the pot - it still stands on the floor. Green - an important part of Japanese interior
.
Next to the switch glued bunny. More kavaye.
In the corner of this room is the totem pole - refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle. Everything is very compact.
A window behind the bed - not just window! This access to the balcony. Yes, the Japanese are very fond of balconies, and even in such a small apartment can be found. Unfortunately the balcony have to climb over the bed - for the normal passage of no place
.
Balcony too tiny. There is a stick for drying clothes (neither of which the dryer in such an apartment can not be considered).
A view of the neighbor's house across the street. Here we see the traditional Japanese facades tilted.
The perfect place for selfie. Here we see that half of the balcony is occupied by air conditioning.
A kondeya indoor unit is attached directly over the balcony door again, so as not to waste space on trivia.
Back in the corridor. Remember all these doors? What do you think of them?
That's right, there's a small closet. Just the minimalist, which is not more than ten things there.
But behind the next door hides an entire kitchen!
Here and sink, and tile and drainer. You can live! Kitchen closes the door, so as not to be an eyesore when it is not used.
On the left side of the hallway is another door.
It leads to the bathroom with sanitary faience. In a tiny space, with the size of the toilet in first class airplane, manage to crowd the sink, bathtub and toilet.
On the sink and the bath is one tap, you can direct at will. And you can just turn on a shower. Again the Japanese economy!
The toilet here the most common - you are no technological wonders that can be found in many Japanese toilets. Seeing that I was wildly disappointed, and almost moved to an expensive hotel. After all, how is it - to come to Japan, and that you are not tempted ass ?!
Finishing touch. For the sake of saving space, instead of the traditional router and a standard connection via cable, wi-fi in the apartment comes through here is a portable device is connected to the mobile Internet. But you can take with you, and feel free to walk around the center of Tokyo - the batteries will last for a few hours, and with the Internet easier to navigate
