Saddam's yacht sold for 17 million pounds

Yacht Qadissiyat Saddam, created specifically for the executed last year of former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, offered for sale. The cost of high-end vessel is estimated at 17 million pounds, or 34, 5 million dollars. The yacht was designed in 1981 by a group of Danish engineers. In addition to all the attributes of luxury (gilded plumbing, numerous whirlpool, rooms for pool and flat screen televisions in each cabin) in vessel design provides emergency exit in case of threat to the life of the owner. The creators of the yacht Saddam even provided a place for the helipad, a small auditorium and compact medkliniki. Reside permanently on board may 28 people (excluding team of 35 people).
