National Park Los Glaciares National Park in Patagonia is located in the territory of the Argentine province of Santa Cruz. It owes its name a vast ice cap in the Andes, which feeds 47 large glaciers, of which only 13 flow into the Atlantic. In 1981 the park was declared a World Heritage Site.
