The US Defense Department has submitted a report that between 1965 and 1977, occurred 381 years "incident" with nuclear weapons. The number of these "incidents" included the collision of nuclear ships and submarines at sea, due to the fact that the management suddenly spun out of control. The latest such "incident" occurred in 2000 with a Russian submarine.

Unfortunately, the report also refers to the 92 cases of loss at sea of ​​nuclear bombs - which means that most of the bombs have become too unstable to use, and some of them simply disappeared.
