Freezing rain in Europe
calendar winter has just begun, and some regions of Germany, Austria and Hungary were already constrained by a thick layer of ice due to freezing rain. Because of the difficult weather conditions, for safety reasons were closed schools. Some settlements were left without electricity and municipal services had to remove a bummer icy branches from roads, roofs and lines elektroperedach.
