Former world champion by the WBO was the victim of an armed robbery of the restaurant.
It is reported that during a robbery of the restaurant in the town of Brits (South Africa), where he was a boxer, one of the robbers shot him in the stomach. Ambulance took him to hospital, but doctors were powerless to save Sanders.
Recall that in 2003, Corrie Sanders knocked out Wladimir Klitschko. A year later, he succumbed to Vitali Klitschko.
