Cool sculptures made of straw
Every year in the rural areas of Japan after harvesting rice are piles of straw. One day someone came up with the idea of using straw as a material for sculpture.
The idea was picked up by the wizard and straw sculptures began conducting festivals, exhibitions of their creations. The most famous are held in Kagawa Prefecture and Niigata.
