Christmas atmosphere in Austria is felt in every city. And for that would feel real holiday we went to St. Gilgen, which is located on the northwestern shore of Lake Wolfgang and Strobl near Upper Austria, right at the foot of Mount Tsvelferhorn.
The city is famous for the fact that in 1720 there was born and lived the mother of the musical genius Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart! The locals are very proud of this, and even call themselves "Mozart Village» (Mozart-Dorf), and every Christmas lose around town his best works.

St. Gilgen is quite small and cozy, I liked him immediately. In spite of its compact size, you can walk on it for hours.
