If you throw into the water a drop of molten glass, it will take the form of a tadpole with a very long tail. The interesting thing about this experiment is that if you hit the hammer on the spherical part, not a drop of frozen broken. But if you lightly touch the tail of the whole glass tadpole just explode. This is clearly seen in slow motion video at 130,000 frames per second.
