Polish perfume "Can be" that smell spring life and mother
When I was in the capital (before the coronavirus pandemic), I found perfumes that my aunt adores in one of the shops in the central square. I wanted to give it to her for her birthday, it was her favorite scent. However, I could not resist and decided to taste these vintage spirits of our mothers’ youth.
“Maybe” is associated with my childhood. Once upon a time this little flask He was a real treasure! Perhaps there was no woman who would not like this simple spike-caramel aroma. There was a zest in them!
Today's edition. "Site" Offers a little nostalgia for the beautiful seventies and remember Polish "Maybe" perfume (Być może). It's rare now!
Vintage perfume "Maybe he's ugly, maybe." Maybe too quiet, maybe. They say, the wrong manners, maybe ..., – once sang Kapitalina Lazarenko. Jazz executive Eddie Rosner, who voiced Carnival Night, wrote the song for her. This song was so popular that in Poland released a perfume called “Be can” (“Być może”).
The aroma "may be" He instantly won the hearts of ladies from Brest to Vladivostok, not to mention the Polish ladies. All over the post-Soviet space, they just loved these perfumes. They were sold exclusively "at the whim", as soon as they appeared, kilometer queues were lined up.

“The fragrance is thin, fresh, sincere. Aldehydes, an armful of unidentified flowers in a crystal vase, a cool breeze and the fragile sweetness of vanilla dryers. Tenderness in the bottle! – this is how my aunt describes these perfumes.
The composition consists of the following notes and chords: ambra, white cedar, bergamot, violet, heliotrope, geranium, hyacinth. And lily, mimosa, rose and sandalwood.

In addition to the excellent aroma, their plus was a comfortable bottle. A jar of 10 milliliters of perfume could fit in any purse. It is said that the fragrance resembled Chanel No. 5. Legendary spirits!
I remember, as a child, passing by my mother’s hold and going through the boxes “Signature”, “Frezi Grand”, “Riga lilac” and, of course, there was a nice glass bottle with a gold lid from the Polish factory Uroda called “Can be”.

Now I want to go back to that. "Maybe" bottle. What I bought in the capital. Unfortunately, the smell is different from the past, so often happens with perfume.
Yes, they are still released, but the smell has changed. To date, it seems a little old-fashioned, as they say, “these are not worn now.” Times change, tastes change!

There is nothing left of the past... However, for many women, this scent is remembered as a memory of carefree youth, a kind of nostalgia for the past. By the way, S. Rodionov has a story under the same name “It can be”. It's about love and a little bit about perfume. If you haven't read it, I recommend it!
If you, like me, are interested in the topic of vintage perfumes, I suggest you to familiarize yourself with the perfume past of our mothers in more detail. Few people know that Chanel No. 5 and Red Moscow smell the same! Particularly noteworthy are the names of fragrances - wonderful creations of Soviet marketers.
