How to store open bottles? The most destructive thing to all kinds of spirits is direct light. And you need to take into account not only direct sunlight, but artificial sources of lighting. The fact is that when light hits, reactions between the perfume components occur faster due to an increase in temperature. Perfumes that stand in the sun or under a lamp, and especially in the heat, can spoil in a matter of days. Therefore, it is recommended to store perfume in the cardboard box in which they were sold or in a closed drawer. Do not put perfume in the refrigerator, as large temperature changes are also harmful to the aroma. Especially if you plan to use it all the time. Optimum storage temperature from 17 to 22 degrees Celsius.#store well #spirit #favorite photos

The structure of the perfume is disturbed, the aroma changes. So rule #1 is darkness.

Here everything, as in life, is difficult. High - bad, very low - even worse. The optimal temperature for storing perfume products is 15 degrees Celsius.

That’s only in Russian apartments without air conditioning in the summer is often 27 degrees. And in the household refrigerator, even on the door is no more than 8-10.

I watch TV and they say perfume can be kept in the refrigerator.
Well, Twitter, admit who does that.

Therefore, there are disputes around the storage of perfumes, which can be eclipsed only by the traditional cholivar about okroshka and kvass on the Russian-language Internet.

To store or not to store perfume in the refrigerator? Let’s say at once that the constant shaking, high humidity, temperature below normal and proximity to cutlets make this option not the most advantageous.

But this is when it comes to home refrigerators. Avid connoisseurs of vintage fragrances keep their collections in special refrigerator cabinets for perfumes.

They can set the appropriate temperature and humidity level. It is about such devices that experts say when they advise keeping perfume in the refrigerator.

It is impossible to keep perfume open under any conditions. In the uncorked bottle easily get dust particles, foreign smells, microorganisms.

Pulp bottles this problem concerns to a lesser extent. But if you use a regular bottle, make sure that its lid is always tightly closed.

Increased humidity can lead to accelerated decay of spirits. Therefore, a shelf in the bathroom, where it is always humid and hot, is not the best place to store them.

If you come across a perfume without a sprayer, try not to use it when applying your fingers. Skin particles will get into the perfume and serve as a catalyst for their decomposition.

You can use a glass stick, a canape sword, a toothpick. But it will be more correct to pour some volume into another container with a pulverizer nozzle.

Whether it is necessary to store in a box or not - it is up to you. On the one hand, daily extract the perfume of their box laziness. On the other hand, it provides additional protection from sunlight and damage.

On packages of perfume purchased in Russia, the shelf life is usually indicated from 3 to 5 years. This is the requirement of the Consumer Protection Act. But the real life of spirits with proper treatment can be much longer.

Of course, there is a possibility that the smell will change. But there's a little trick here. It has long been noted that with prolonged storage, the upper notes (citrus and fruit) are the first to evaporate. Fragrances with a denser composition, a predominance of wood and resin notes are stored much longer and better than all others.

So, you should not store aromas in the bathroom (too damp, sharp temperature changes), on the windowsill (abundance of light, humidity changes), near heating devices, near sharp odors. Keep the perfume right, and they will delight you with their aroma for many, many years to come.
