April 13 at 4 countries in South-East Asia took place solemn events dedicated to the festival of water", Tinjan", which also means the beginning of a new year. Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia and Laos met the Buddhist New year abundantly spraying each other with water from various vessels and equipment, which is the hallmark of the festival. Everywhere there were foam parties, everything was wet, but cheerful and happy.
